Weather in Courtenay

Courtenay is a city on Vancouver Island in the province of British Columbia, Canada. The city is located at the confluence of the Courtenay River and the Puntledge River, a few miles from the Strait of Georgia. The city has a mild climate and a warm ocean current, resulting in mild temperatures throughout the year. Summers are typically warm and dry, while winters are mild and wet. Average temperatures range from a high of 15°C in the summer to a low of 5°C in the winter. Average precipitation is approximately 1,300 mm (50 in) per year.
