Weather in Sachigo Lake

Sachigo Lake is an isolated fly-in Oji-Cree First Nations community in Northern Ontario, Canada. The community is located on the shore of Sachigo Lake, approximately 115 kilometres (71 miles) north of the town of Red Lake. The area has a subarctic climate with long, cold winters and short, warm summers. Average temperatures range from -17°C (1°F) in January to 16°C (61°F) in July. It receives an average of 830 millimetres (33 inches) of precipitation per year, with most of it falling as snow in the winter.
