North Elba is a small town located in the Adirondack Mountains of northern New York, in the United States. The town has a population of just over 1,500 people. The climate in North Elba is humid continental and experiences warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. The average temperature year round is in the mid-30s, with the average high in the summer reaching the mid-70s and the average low in the winter dropping to the mid-teens. Rainfall is moderate throughout the year, with the most precipitation occurring in the summer months. Snowfall is also moderate but can reach over 100 inches in some winters.
