Weather in Camp Harding (historical)

Camp Harding was a Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) camp in the state of Massachusetts, in the United States. Established in 1933, it was located in the town of Truro, near Provincetown on the outermost tip of Cape Cod. The camp was used to train young men in conservation and forestry techniques as part of the New Deal program. The climate at Camp Harding is temperate, with warm summers and cool winters. The average temperature year-round is around 50°F (10°C). Summers are usually mild and sunny, with daytime highs in the 70s and 80s (20s to 30s C). Winters are cold, with occasional snow and temperatures that can dip below freezing. The area receives around 50 inches (127 cm) of precipitation per year, most of which falls as rain.
